How it works:

All of the bare essentials are included in each package. These are the absolutely essential tasks.

From there, you get to choose how fast you want to grow. Use the points in each monthly package towards the menu of marketing and content creation services at the bottom of this page. You can change your package on a monthly basis, based on your needs.

The Bare Essentials Include:

  • Full-Service Newsletter

    Emailing your database at least once a month is recommended because it helps you stay top-of-mind, build trust, and maintain a relationship with your customers.

    A “full-service newsletter” includes:

    - Custom copywriting
    - Images and icons for existing newsletter template
    - Platform setup/scheduling
    - Performance assessment post-send

  • Four reels

    Reels are prioritized by Instagram’s algorithm, meaning they’re more likely to be shown to people outside your existing followers. It’s a way to get organic exposure without paying for ads.

    This includes:

    - 4 unique reel edits
    - At least one 30-second reel a month
    - Caption copywriting
    - Platform setup/scheduling

  • Four Static Social Posts

    One static post is the bare minimum for social media platforms. The algorithm prefers it when small businesses post at least 3 times a week, and ideally 5 times a week.

    This includes:

    - 1 post design or picture posts a week
    - At least one carousel post a month
    - Caption copywriting
    - Platform setup/scheduling
    - I’ll reshare stories we’re tagged in to encourage community

  • Inbox & Comment Management

    Potential sales, current customers, and potential collaborators often message the Instagram and Facebook accounts. I’ll stay on top of these inboxes to make sure you don’t miss out on any sales or opportunities.

    This includes:

    - 1 to 2 checks a day on weekdays
    - Facebook inbox
    - Instagram inbox
    - Social media comments
    - Comment review/response on Facebook ads

  • Manage the PPC Team

    The PPC team can only work as hard as we do. They rely on fresh assets (photos, videos, testimonials) and insights into AMD’s growth pain points to succeed.

    This includes:

    - Monthly meeting with Sympler rep
    - Email communications with Sympler team
    - Monthly reports on our progress

  • Monthly report

    Every month, we’ll touch base to talk about how our current marketing initiatives are going.

    Things we’ll cover:

    - Organic social media performance
    - Newsletter performance
    - PPC Ad Results
    - Ideas for the upcoming month
    - Your goals for the upcoming month

    Between monthly meetings, this also includes team collaboration via email or Google Chat.

  • Let’s get some fresh content for social media, without all of the bells and whistles. I will use my iPhone to capture video of the IonCleanse by AMD. A shoot like this is usually enough to provide enough fresh content for one month.

    *This point fee includes my time as a content creator and does not include any on-camera talent hired, location rental fees, props, etc.

  • High-quality video content is important to have on your website and social media. I would recommend planning for at least 1 to 2 shoots like this a year.

    What is it best used for? Here are some ideas:

    • On-location shoots at practitioners offices

    • Video testimonials of IonCleanse customers and practitioners

    • Video for Facebook ads

    • Video for website

    What is Included:

    • I use my top-of-the-line professional gear to get photo and video of your product, including lighting and audio equipment.

    • Shoot planning. I will put in the time to find quality people to interview. If needed, I will find rental locations and coordinate.

    • A full-day shoot of up to 6 hours

    • An on-location assistant to help me for the day

    • One video edit of up to 1:30 minutes from the content shoot

    • Plus, client will have access to all content from the shoot indefinitely. (Most production studios or agencies will charge over $10,000 for usage rights like this)

    *This point fee does not include travel fees, on-camera talent, location rentals, or any necessary props or equipment rentals

  • Sometimes you have more to say! Best practice is for small businesses to contact their email database anywhere from one to four times a month.

    This can also include a custom email design that isn’t a newsletter. (Example: when I designed the referral email that we now resend monthly)

    A “full-service newsletter” includes:

    - Custom copywriting
    - Images and icons for existing newsletter template
    - Platform setup/scheduling
    - Performance assessment post-send

    *Advanced segmentation or A/B testing available for +1 points

  • A basic newsletter is any newsletter I send in MailChimp that is already designed (like the referral emails), or an email design where the written content is provided for me.

  • Flyer design with written content provided

    • One-sided – 1 point

    • Two-sided – 2 points

    • Tri-fold brochure – 3 points

    Flyer design with custom copywriting

    • One-sided – 1.5 points

    • Two-sided – 3 points

    • Tri-fold brochure – 4 points

  • Creating written content on your blog is a great way to stay relevant to search engines like Google. At least one post a month is recommended, but the more the better!

    Each blog post includes posting it to Wordpress with photos.

    • Basic informational post (500-800 words) – 1 point

    • SEO Optimized blog post (800-1200 words) – 2 points

    • Well-Researched post on cutting-edge topic (1,200+ words) –  3 points

  • The basic package includes two posts a week (one reel and one static post). While this will keep your page relevant, best practice on Instagram and Facebook is to post at least 5 times a week for maximum growth.

    Social Media Boost Options:

    • One extra static post per week – 2 points

    • One extra reel per week – 4 points

    Recommended discounted bundled package for 5 posts total:

    • Two extra static posts a week and one extra reel a week – 7 points

  • Temporarily need faster replies to Facebook Ad comments or Instagram or Facebook messages? This is the add-on for you! Messages and comments will be replied to within 2-3 hours during AMD’s business hours.

  • If we need a model for a content shoot, this will cover the talent fee.

  • Sometimes, it’s best to meet face-to-face! This includes one 3-hour in-person visit to the AMD office or some other designated location for in-person team collaboration.

  • Email sequences are a series of automated emails sent over a set period of time. They're designed to guide someone through a journey, like welcoming a new subscriber, nurturing a lead, or following up after a purchase.

    Each email builds on the last, helping to build trust, deliver value, and move the recipient toward a specific goal. Most sequences have at least 3 to 5 emails and can be built upon over time.

    Options:

    • Updates to existing sequence – 1 point per email

    • New email sequence – 2 points per email

    • Complex sequence with deviating paths and triggers – 3 points per email
