The Creative's Garden is a 12-week program for creatives who want to share their work online but freeze, overthink, or burn out trying. In the garden, we’ll get curious about your own unique creative rhythms and how to work with them, not against them. Join for the first 3 weeks, free.

Grow in private.
Bloom when you’re ready.

You have work you believe in, but when it comes to sharing it, you feel stuck.

This is for you if:

  • You post in anxious bursts, disappear for a month, then feel guilty about the silence. The hardest part seems to be starting again after these breaks.

  • You have a lot of ideas, but when you go to try and share something, your mind goes blank. Then, you worry you have nothing to say.

  • You can hype up everyone else's work, but freeze the second it's your own.

  • You want to feel more authentic when presenting/talking to the camera

  • You're worn out from the constant demands of trying to please algorithms, and ready to make social media work for you.

If you recognized yourself up there, it's not a discipline problem. When being seen doesn't feel safe, showing up consistently is hard — and rigid, one-size-fits-all advice only makes it worse. So we’ll start somewhere gentler. (More on exactly how in a sec)

Let's Name What's Actually Happening
A dirt trail running through a forest with yellow fall foliage on either side, a mountain with pine trees in the background, and a clear blue sky.
Snow-covered residential neighborhood with tire tracks on driveway, leafless trees, houses, and snowfall.

We celebrate all of the Earth’s seasons, then expect ourselves to be in constant creative output.

But we have seasons, too.

What if we worked with our creative flow instead of against it?

We’ll start with a daily video recording ritual. Yes, every day.

But come as you are – no makeup, pajamas, emotional. These recordings are private and just for you. At least, for now. This is where we’ll lay the groundwork. This is your playground to find out that you can be yourself, even when you’re being recorded. And that when you’re yourself, magic happens.

Here’s how we’ll break it down

Weeks 1-3

WINTER

You’ll start by recording yourself talking to the camera as a mind dump. Nobody needs to watch these recordings, not even you. Simply record and then log what you talked about and how it felt in your body.

Weeks 4-6

Here, you’ll experiment with being seen, starting with yourself. You’ll continue your daily recording. But now, we’ll also add a weekly ritual of watching recordings from a few weeks ago.

SPRING

Weeks 7-9

You’ll continue your daily recording ritual. But now, with no pressure to share, you’ll start editing a few videos a week to see what this adds energetically for you in the process.

SUMMER

A trail through a forest with yellow autumn trees, a mountain in the background, and a clear blue sky.

Weeks 10-12

The daily ritual continues. By now, you've grown the nerve to be seen. This is the harvest, where you’ll start to share with the group or online, and find it's easier when you’ve already seen yourself.

FALL

Get Clear on What’s True For You and What You Have to Say

Included is “Seed Packets” – my free gift to you. It is a resource to help you map out your own unique curiosities. Get clear on what is interesting, fun, and easy for you to talk about, or chart out different possible content categories.

Paid Add-Ons

9 Additional Weeks of Guided Practice

Instructions are still recorded, so self-pacing is an option. In these follow-up weeks, we’ll delve into creating content from our daily recordings (and whatever is sitting unused in our camera rolls).

Grow in Community

With options to learn in group settings or add on one-on-one meetings with me, there’s a growth-path suitable for every learning style.

The Platform Expands

Gain access to more resources and materials in the platform to help you with these new parts of your journey: reviewing what you’ve recorded, editing it, and eventually sharing it.

A content creation program that orients you as the authority

On the Other Side of This Work

A practice that's yours

During our work together, we’ll help uncover your own unique creative rhythms. We’ll brainstorm how to make showing up online a sustainable, enjoyable thing in a way that is entirely yours.

A well that won’t run dry

Creating to please an algorithm will never create sustainable flow. But if we create for ourselves and share from the overflow, we’ll never run out of things to say. By allowing yourself to follow what excites you, showing up online will start to feel exciting, too.

Deeper self-awareness

Being seen will feel less like exposure and more like a natural form of self-expression. Social media is a tool, not a master to perform for. You're the authority on your own work. You always were; now it'll feel that way.

Let me be straight with you

This is the first time I'm running The Creative's Garden. You'd be one of the first people ever to go through it, which means I can't show you a wall of testimonials, because they don't exist yet.

So let me be clear about what you're signing up for. This isn't a polished machine – it's something being grown in real time. Your feedback is invaluable because it will shape what this program becomes. That's why the price is what it is and why there are only six seats: this first round is more of a collaboration than a product.

Here's what I can offer instead of proof: I've lived every part of this. The freeze, the burnout, the slow work of letting myself be seen. I’m building this program because it’s what I needed. (The longer version of that story is on my about page.) And I’ve been my own guinea pig. I’m hopeful this process will bring other people unblocking results, like it has brought me.

I know that there’s no one way to pave through visibility and creative blocks. But I’ve been around the “block” enough to know the terrain, and I’d be honored to walk it with you. The garden’s open.

A Program to Prepare the Creative Entrepreneur for Online Visibility
(Without Burnout)

Full Course Starting from $397

In this twelve-week program, we'll ditch the status quo advice that pleases the algorithm and embark on a different kind of relationship with social media. It is, after all, a tool. And it’s up to us how we use it.

During these 3 months together, we’ll use a daily video-recording challenge to help our nervous systems become comfortable with being seen in our multitudes. First, by the camera. Then, by yourself. After you share in the group's safe space, you’ll be ready to start sharing online.

We’ll explore all of this together as creative collaborators. More than anything, we’ll chase what feels fun. Because "fun" is always sustainable.
